What services do you offer?
I offer a broad range of general handyman services. I specialize in plumbing fixture installation/repairs, electrical fixture installation/replacement, minor drywall repair, heat tape inspections, general carpentry and trim/molding, flooring and tile work, yard and basement cleanups, including downed tree removal and other tractor work, and much more. What payments do you accept?
First, I do not receive payment until your project is completed. This means I will purchase any needed materials on your behalf, and list that cost in your estimate. I prefer Cash or Check ideally, as this helps reduce your cost. I use Quickbooks for invoicing, so if you prefer I can set up arrangements for electronic invoiced/in-person payments, which will have processing fees applied as follows:
Why no social media?
Is this website built with AI?
No. Every word in this website or in my communication is set by me personally. Part of the reason I began this business is to hedge against AI in my professional career. I recognize the value AI can bring, but I want my customers' experience to be personal in a way that can only be delivered with a human touch.
What Insurance do you carry?
I carry a full business liability insurance policy that fully covers my work, my tools and equipment (including my tractor, trailer and vehicle). I will be happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
